Resume Scanning
Rcruit Panel is using AI at the backend to extract key information from the resume such as names, contact details, education, work experience, and skills. Then it will start generating ranking. The system can start generating the ranking within 5 minutes and you can see the results
Initial Screening (AI Call)
We are using Voice bot calling, also known as voice-enabled automated calling, which refers to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to conduct phone calls on behalf of a company or organization. Rcruit Panel will call candidates on behalf of the creator to fetch interest and basic information about the candidate like current salary, interest to move to the specified location, etc. Ranking will be affected by the output of the Initial Screening call.
Technical Screening (AI Call)
Rcruit Panel is far more intelligent than your normal recruiter on any technical topic. In fact it is more intelligent than any of us as it is using AI to ask questions. It can call the candidate to generate a ranking according to the technical capabilities of any candidate.
